The problem with chiropractic today is that most chiropractors make it very hard and difficult to get under regular chiropractic care. They include expensive entrance fees, pseudo-medical exams, tons of paperwork and costly office visits.

In most offices, you won’t even be adjusted on the first visit because they will tell you that they have to study the x-rays and exam findings first before adjusting you.

The Truth About Most Chiropractors

This is a lie! They don’t adjust you on the first visit because they want to prepare anticipation and a little anxiety for the next visit. They will also tell you to bring in your spouse or significant other for the next visit called the Report of Findings or what I call the “Big Sales Pitch”.

At this meeting, the chiropractor will put up the x-rays on the view box and compare them to normal x-rays and attempt to frighten you into a so-called “Corrective Care Plan”. This care plan could be as simple as $35, $45, $55 or more a visit, which could add up to hundreds if not thousands of dollars because you are paying visit by visit.

The other care plan the chiropractor will sometimes offer you is a one-year so called “Corrective Care Plan” which could be $2000 or $3000 or more for just one person. Most people can’t afford the high fees month after month.
